IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
We are pleased to announce that Australian Maths Academy and iTutor Learning Systems have now joined forces to form Australia’s leading educational software provider and tutor support service.
Both the Australian Maths Academy and iTutor Learning Systems brands have shared the same management for some time with State Offices located in Sydney and Perth. The decision to merge the brands has been made to assist us in providing a more uniform service throughout Australia.
Effective from 15th June 2014, both brands will trade exclusively under the iTutor Learning Systems brand. To ensure that there will be no disruption to any support service provided to any customers as part of the merging of the two brands, all previous websites, contact numbers and email addresses will remain active for at least 6 months. However, we do recommend that you now note the following contact details as the new, primary contact points for any assistance you or your children may require.
Aside from the Brand change and contact details, nothing has changed relating to your children’s enrolment.
We confirm that your enrolment which will now be serviced under our iTutor Learning Systems Brand includes, but is not limited to:
- Our support service which includes technical and tutor support for your children until your youngest child finishes year 12. This includes tutor support for content within the actual software programs supplied and also for homework from school. Our Tutor and Tech Support hours will continue to be available Monday to Friday (AEST) 4pm to 8pm (during public holidays the support lines are closed but support remains available via email).
- Company initiated ongoing motivation and mentoring from our tutors, where available, by way of internet meetings or follow up calls or emails.
- Free access to any available updates to the software until your youngest child finishes Year 12.
